The new construction of the Belmont New Primary Center consists of three buildings which included the allocation for an administrative building, multi-purpose room, and cafeteria. Two-story classroom buildings were built with a subterranean parking structure to complete the school’s facilities. A unique and colorful playground becomes an attraction to this site as it complements the contemporary design of the school. The buildings were painted in several bright colors to give life and energy to the primary school’s environment. Despite the challenging nature of the construction scope of work and design, FTR was able to deliver this project within schedule.|
