FTR joins the Friends of Los Angeles Community College District in the kick-off Reception at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood for the Proposition (J) intended for the $3.5 Billion to Build-LACCD program
IRVINE, Calif., August 1, 2008 FTR International Inc. was recognized as a major contributor to the program and sponsor, as a Presenting Chair.
On Tuesday July 29, 2008, over 30 FTR International Inc. employees and guests, as well as members of the Los Angeles Community College District Board of Trustees, LACCD Chancellor, Mark Drummond, and Build LACCD Executive Director of Facilities and Planning, Larry Eisenberg, along with hundreds of design and construction professionals were in attendance at the Friends of the Los Angeles Community College District kick-off for Measure (J) poolside event at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California.
FTR was joined with several industry partners, including principals from several of our world-renowned architectural and engineering firms who partnered with FTR International Inc. on this construction program. The new bond promises to change the learning landscape of all nine of the Los Angeles Community College District’s campuses.
